It’s easy for us to accommodate a wide variety of diets, including vegetarian and vegan diets as well those with food allergies and intolerances. We practice Food Safe procedures and make sure to not use cutting boards and kitchen utensils used to make the vegetarian and meat dishes. If a guest has an anaphylactic food allergy, we talk with the guest and either remove or quarantine the food items and educate the other guests to eliminate contamination sources.
One of the best features of sea kayaking is the amount of food – especially fresh fruit and vegetables – that we can take on our expeditions. As the year progresses, we add seasonal fruit and produce into our menu.
