How to Reserve Your Trip: The easiest way to reserve your week is to use our our Batstar Trip Booking form. Select your trip and we’ll get back to you to discuss your trip and take a deposit.
Alternatively, you can send an e-mail to reservations to hold a tour for 48 hours. Either way, we’ll call you to confirm your reservation and take your $500CAN ($500USD)/person deposit. We accept interact e-transfers via email or VISA or MasterCard number over the phone. We can also accept PayPal or an electronic funds transfer from your financial institution.
The balance is due in 60 days from the time of booking. If you are booking a trip that leaves in less than 60 days, the full amount is due immediately.

Once you have reserved your trip, you will be sent a pre-trip kit either by mail or e-mail. It will contain a waiver/liability release that every participant must sign prior to the trip. It will also have a gear waiver that confirms that guests are responsible for loss of and/or damage to Batstar Sea Kayak Outfitters’ gear. Personal information is held confidentially and we do not sell our client list.
While camping, two people are assigned a tent unless there is an odd number of people.
Single tent option: If a guest wishes to have a tent to themselves, there is a single tent charge of $65 CAN.
Booking Policy: If two groups have sent in a reservation form for the same trip and there is not enough room, we accept the reservation that was sent to us first (Pacific Standard Time) and confirmed.
